Picked up a couple of bone-in ribeyes yesterday. Cooked them a tad under medium rare and it was absolutely fantastic. I’ve had the chicken as well and it was amazing too lol they’re great. The staff is awesome!

We have picked New Your Strips and Smoked Pork Chops, they both were fantastic steaks were very tender great taste, the smoked chops had great flavor. We love the meat shop.
Some of the best cuts of meat you will find. I can't stand the supermarket cuts, unless you like your steaks the same thickness of lunchmeat. This is what a "real" steak should look and taste like. Great staff! I'm a big fan.
