Any automotive repair is all about the person or people working on your car, I personally caught a well know and recognized small auto repair in Fortville trying to sell me $1200.00 repair I didn’t come close to needing and that was not a matter of opiiion. I had used them for my 8 service trucks for many years and recommended them often until I called to talk to the owner about being told I needed that repair and he pushed it with no restraints. What they didn’t know is it had just come from a factory complete inspection by TWO different locations as I wanted to be sure. Redline Automtine is all about the owner Mitch I switched my fleet care and repair to him and never looked back and would never use anyone else. I have paid hundreds more to tow to him vs a local shop because Mitch is a honest man. I mean honest. The world doesn’t have many men anymore who wont jump at the opportunity to bend truth or exaggerate something to so easily make a incredible amount of money. Mitch isn’t one of those men. But he isn’t just a honest man he is a caring person and a top rated knowledgeable complete mechanic.
He often has one or two men that work for him to do the small stuff but Mitch oversees them. I believe Fortville is running him and others out of business getting ready to renovate the town Talk is he is moving north of town ? I can’t give his last name without his permission. The best anyone can hope to find in a mechanic is someone exactly like Mitch.
The Mechanic told me what my problem was less than 10 minutes,while another shop had my truck for two days.this shop has got it together.guaranteed in my book..so to speak !!
We had an issue with a windshield replacement that went on for over two weeks. Finally, Mitchell @Redline was asked to see if he could take over from a big name bodyshop and perform the repairs so the windshield could be installed. He had the repair done in a couple days and cleaned up the other shops mess. We received the car and couldn't be happier with the work! Quick, professional, clean, top shelf work! We will call on Redline Automotive for our future needs.
I had some brake work done, had the window fixed, and an oil change on my 2002 Buick Rendezvous. The work was finished in one day and my car rides smoothly. I could not be happier and the repair bill was a great price also!
