I have been to Belle tire 3 times now, and I'm impressed every time I go in. Scott, and the guys are wonderful! They never try to sell anything I don't need but still inform me on important issues I should keep an eye on. Prices are just as great as the customer service! I'll keep going back for sure!

I utilize this location a lot and I usually have a great experience. ( I just had my A/C recharged last week at this location.) I had my alternator replaced this week and was quoted $350 by one of the managers, Scott. During our phone conversations, Scott was professional and very patient with me. (I had a million questions! Lol)
Once I picked up my car, I was told that my total was $705. This was a shock as I was told that the repair would cost about $350. Scott began to explain that the price that he quoted me did not include labor. I restated that I was told that the repair would cost $350 and if that price changed at anytime, I should have been informed. He honored the $350 price and I left. I do appreciate Scott honoring the price he quoted originally, but I personally won’t be returning to this location due to this experience.

I would advise getting a written quote if possible to avoid the mishap that I experienced, but overall, I usually received quality service at this location.
