“Dr. Vickery and Dr. Hampton and the staff are the best. My family sees the both of them. My son who is 12yrs old actually loves going to see Dr. Hampton , he makes a request himself when he is not feeling well to call Dr. Hampton, and whatever Dr. Hampton says to him is written in stone according to my son. We are all always able to get right in ,we never have to wait long once were there. Great atmosphere. I call this office my Cumberland Family.My Husband has never been the one to go to the doctor but he himself also will say call Dr. Vickery since he started seeing him. “I absolutely LOVE my primary care doctor (Dr. Hirsch) and also the NP!!(Amy Diersing) They will listen and take you seriously on a human basis! No "doctor jibber jabber" that no one understands and with a attitude that makes you NOT feel any less because you are not a doctor!! I had problems for years and nobody knew what was going on with me! I had pain, I am talking about pain that made me cry several times a day! unlike other doctors, they have believed me 100%! They didn't just help me manage my pain but found the cause! I am 24 so many, many doctors would have thought I am just there for pain killers. But not Dr. Hirsch and Mrs. Diersing! The Staff is also very nice and helpful! I feel very well taking care of there because patient and staff have a trust relationship I have not experienced before with any other Doctors! After I finally had the surgery I needed they even called me to see how I was doing!! I appreciate those little things a whole lot! I also like the "Patient Portal" ! It is very easy to communicate with your physician and even the referral specialist! They will answer back sometimes within minutes but definitely within an hour or two! I absolutely recommend this place! You won't find any better than this!”
