He expressed sincere concern for the poor customer service I'd received regarding my purchase. He apologized for the lack of communication by his sales staff and made it clear to me that he was on my side. To make amends he stated that he would make a further adjustment to the sale price of the equipment I bought and that he would personally handle the remaining details of my purchase to insure that I was satisfied. True to his word, when I arrived to pick up my equipment, he personally expedited the loading process and all went smoothly. After such prompt attention to my concerns, I'd have to say that I would be happy to purchase from Greg Smith Equipment again. They made it right with me.”
