“Well they seemed like they would be a decent company. Their electrician was willing to meet me at outside their regular hours to give me an estimate. However, I was supposed to get an estimate in my email within 2 days and have not heard anything. Seems like poor customer service. Update: I did receive a response from the company and did finally get an estimate. It was thorough and easy to read. I haven't decided if I will use this company or not but I did change my initial rating as they did get back with me. My rating is only based on their customer service in that they did reach out to me to fix the missing estimate. So I can't fault their dedication when a problem is noted. If I accept their estimate I'll update this review again.”

Keith and co. are pretty quick when it comes to diagnosing car issues and they always look for the most cost-effective solutions while not tacking on imaginary problems to pay for. I am always told the issue(s) clearly before they check in to give me some options for next steps. As a college student who commutes I hate car trouble, but I know I don't have to sift through bogus claims about what my car needs when I bring it in here.”

“We recently moved to the McCordsville area and needed a vet as our dog was acting sick. They were able to see him pretty quickly. Unfortunately we found out that he had a very aggressive form of cancer and in just a matter of a week, we had to put him to sleep. Dr. Kristen Sprunger and Wendy the vet assistant spent a lot of time with us discussing everything and making sure that we knew all of the options, which were very few. When it was time to put him to sleep, they were sensitive and caring. They gave us as much time as we needed to stay. Before we left they gave us a little container of his hair. I cannot say enough wonderful things about both Kristen and Wendy! About 2 weeks have passed since then and yesterday we got a card in the mail from all of the staff. Inside were paw prints that they had taken of his. It was beyond sweet for them to have done that and a really special touch. We have also had to recently take our cat in for some eye surgery. They did a great job. She is still healing but very happy with the office and will continue to bring our fur babies there.”

“Just want to say how awesome the maintenance staff was today. Had a hot water heater burn out last night with what everyone thought was an electrical fire. Replaced everything and then I was worried because still had no hot water. The pipes had air in the line. Big thank you to the guys and to Mike for coming back.”
