  We called Justin Dorsey to address a recurring drain issue that multiple other companies had failed to correct. The problem was a difficult one to diagnose and it also required a creative solution. Michael, Tyler, and David all worked diligently to help us. They also worked in conjunction with our septic people. These men are all courteous, personable, professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They did not give up until the job was done. We cannot praise them AND the office staff enough. We will not call any plumbing company other than Justin Dorsey in the future. They have our highest endorsement!

  We had a great first experience with Justin Dorsey Plumbing! Our technician, Ian, was able to come same-day and fixed our problem right away. He was knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use Justin Dorsey Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

  Zach is very courteous, detailed, and does superior work. He is thorough in discussing what is needed as well as explaining the results of his work. Justin Dorsey Plumbing provides quick service when needed. Urgency did not allow compare pricing, therefore not sure of the value of the service.

  Tech David did an outstanding,on time professional job on getting us back up and running with our toilet install and drains flowing again. He kept us in the loop at all times with what his next plan was before he performed it and also provided photos, videos so we understood things better. What an amazing job! I will be calling him,or suggesting him if we should need anything g else In the future. Thank you from a very happy customer from Roachdale Indiana😄

  Great company and Kevin Blancaneaux was very professional and got all the many jobs in my basement done and kept me informed. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to send someone. The same day to look at it which is almost unheard of. This is a case where you get what you pay for. Not the cheapest plumbing company but I prefer to pay more for great products, promptness, and professionalism. Will definitely recommend this company and Kevin in particular!
