My family and I have been coming here for well over a decade and could not be more satisfied!! This is a family-oriented practice with an exceptionally welcoming and cordial staff who are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It’s so nice to have no reservations or hesitations about a dental visit with this familiar and charming office so close to home in Plainfield.
Dr. Laura Durell, DDS, was my dentist at the free clinic in Mooresville. She is a great person. Easy to talk to and very patient in her procedures. She changed my life by helping me to get a top denture and bring my smile back. I will always be grateful to her.
However, when I went to visit her at her office one day and she was on vacation, the staff was not so friendly on that day. On her website, you can "request" appointments and they are to call you back or send an e-mail and let you know if this is doable. I never heard a reply so I went on over there and the staff gave the attitude that I was rude for showing up. The assistant stated she had e-mailed back to me but to this day I have never received that e-mail. Maybe it was just me, but I felt shunned. I cannot return to the free clinic as I have insurance now. I will find another dentist to adjust my dentures as my gums shrink.
