He helped push me well past my comfort zone and achieve weight loss goals I had been trying to do on my own for years. I lost 32 pounds since working out with James at UFit. The biggest and most important lesson James will teach you is that it's a lifestyle change. He will give you the keys to successful eating, and keep the workouts changing and fun. I can't recommend James and the UFit program enough.

I'm competitive but he still pushes me to be quicker, stronger and work harder than I push myself. He's always available to help with workouts on my own or with food assistance. He's an amazing trainer who truly cares about me and my goals!

(August 9, 2018, 7:13 am)James is fantastic! He actually listens to you, your concerns, your goals, etc. and in turn really knows how to help you reach your goals! He is much more than a trainer telling you what exercises to do, he teaches you how to balance exercise and food/nutrition. He keeps you accountable without being overbearing - he truly wants to see you succeed!
