Absolutely lovely old style feel to this diner. Service was awesome; food was great. Customers were frequently seen perusing the counter for the daily offered desserts. I wish I had left room. You want breakfast? No problem, served all day. Hankering for pulled pork, a beef Manhattan, or a tenderloin as big as your head? All on the menu. And if the tenderloin is just too big; try the mini tenderloin sliders instead.
Best part is they make their own syrup; so that old diner soda tastes just as good as you remember.
I’ll be back for sure! And next time I’ll save room for dessert.
Shout out to my awesome server, Nanjia, thank you for indulging my questions and offering your suggestions. You handled your busy section in stride!
Wow, not enough stars. Atmosphere was great. Love the decorations. Our waitress was great. Handcrafted classic, o my word, Wonderful. I had catfish and onion rings, only complaint was I wanted more and the drive just too far to go back, lol. Seriously you have got to try this place. Homemade desserts too. Next time I will take pics but it just won't do this place justice.
Easy to access, with great parking, and surprisingly beautiful scenery outside. Priced extremely well, for the portion sizes, as well as flavor. Simple yet excellent menu selection. Real diner food, with the real diner feel. Service was friendly and on point. I know a lot of my reviews are funny, but this place deserves the highest praise. Truly awesome experience.
Ordered the Brunch burger. It was great on a croissant as they were out of the large English muffins (was looking forward to the egg busting and getting in the nooks and crannies). Luckily, before we left,, they got a delivery from the woman who makes them homemade. Bought a bag of 8 giant ones for $6. Score! Thanks for a great lunch😋😁
I think this is the coolest little gem of a diner. The fried mushrooms are hands down the best I've ever had. The peanut butter pie is pure decadent naughtiness. The butterscotch root beer is mad genius level fantastic. The waitress was so sweet and attentive. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my eggs were hammered. I probably should have specified how I wanted them prepared in retrospect. No.matter, I.will definitely be back!
