Very clean, & great pricing. Convenient, clean & great pricing. Management was always available & helpful.

Overall a good place, sometimes the website doesn't want to work properly to take payments. This past weekend I tried many times to get it paid and it either said timed out please sign back in, or invalid web address, and it wasn't sitting longer than seconds while it was switching screens so something was wrong on it. I sent them an email about it but never heard back, except for them calling wanting payment. So they must not look at emails. I went online today and it was back to working properly, I've had this issue a few times but they still want to charge $20 for a late fee even though it was their website causing the issues. Other than that, pretty good.

I have been a customer here for several years and I really like this facility it is well maintained and a secure property. I would argue one of the nicer storage facilities in Brownsburg. Easy to use kiosk that's available 24 hours and friendly staff. I have had other storage needs in the past and even compared to popular chains, I would still choose Main Street Self Storage or any of their other facilities. They provide great customer service and you really can't compete with that or how they manage their property. Also they have a great website that makes it easy to pay or set up online payments.

A Solid storage unit facility. Easy to access, unit was clean. Signup was easy and the customer service has been prompt and friendly.
