  Dave Danz is a top notch realtor and person. He went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing my new home.
  
  Dave is very knowledgeable about the housing market. He kept me in the loop regarding houses that met my desired criteria. He gave me good sound advice and helped me through all of the purchasing process.
  
  I had a few realtors before someone finally recommended Dave. I am so glad I gave him a call. He is truly a hard worker and an asset to his profession.

  Dave helped us purchase and sell our home. In both instances he showed that he was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and ensured that we had a great experience. He is always up front and honest with us so I have never doubted his advice and never regretted that decision. On top of his expertise in the field, Dave is always very pleasant to work with.   Dave is the perfect example of a guy who loves his job and does it very well. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process of buying/selling homes and has an ear to the ground in and around the Indy area.
  
  He always gave sound advice but was never pushy. Always friendly and patient with his us but managed to get things done promptly. Always in communication to answer questions and to check up on things but never intrusive or annoying. He was always punctual, always available and always kind.
  
  He held our hand every step of the way and went far beyond what we expected him to. We never felt like Dave's "client." He was truly looking out for our best interests.
  
  If you are looking to sell or buy a house you need to use Dave!

  I cannot say enough good things about Dave Danz.
  
  He's outgoing, friendly, and professional. He's always willing to answer questions, and his patience is phenomenal. He made the selling process of our home easy, and he always made sure we understood everything and had all the numbers we needed. He clearly explained all our options, and several months later, I'm still happy with how everything turned out.
  
  More than that, this gentleman had our house on the market as soon as we were ready to go, and we had offers within two days. We had it sold less than a week later, and closing was neat, tidy, and painless.
  
  Dave deserves every single one of these five stars. Thank you so much for helping me and my family!
