  Although I eat at several different steak and steak locations throughout the month, the Avon location is by far my favorite. When I go in, I feel like family. Nichole is in my opinion, the most valuable server in the whole company. She truly values her job and her customers and they know that she is going to go “above and beyond “ the bar to make sure people are pleased with the food and service.

  Granted that this is just like any other restaurant in this chain, I really like the wait staff here. This location is always clean and I've never had any issues. It's hot food for cheap and we've saved who knows how much with their app on top of the low prices. This is pretty much my favorite burger chain and I'm a fiend for a good cheeseburger.

  I love this Steak n Shake. The people are always friendly and the service is always faster than i expect. Even when i make a special request on my order, its right every time and still ready in the same time as a normal order.
  The whole place is always clean and well maintained. Very good place.
