  The vets here are very kind, and the support staff is very helpful. They seem to be very busy at all times!

  Always very friendly and love to explain everything they will be doing. Very knowledgeable which isn't always a given.

  We have an English Bulldog who needs LOTS of special attention. We decided Banfield was a great idea with a convenient location but must admit, we are not typically too keen on the idea of "Corporate" doctors, dentists or vet offices, so we weren't really expecting much. When we took Rey (our dog) in they were wonderful with her! And, even more importantly, with us! Dr. Winnett was very informative and took lots of time with us. We were the last patient of the day and they could have rushed us out but he (and his assistant) were great with our questions and our concerns. We have two other dogs and will likely be taking them there as well.
  
  Since our first visit, I have had to contact them for receipts and other information after the fact, which can be a pain in the butt, however, we were not made to feel like a bother and, as a dental office manager, myself, I see customer service going by the wayside all too often.
  
  Jean was very pleasant at the front desk when I called to request this information and no one seemed like we were putting them out or being an inconvenience.
  
  Seems like a great team! Don't let the "corporate" world ruin what is supposed to be a great service you are providing to people and their beloved fur-babies (or fur-less in the case of our bulldog who has alopecia).
  
  Thanks for a job well done as we can see it so far!
