    I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I have visited this location.The staff and doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable especially the office manager. Every time I have an appointment I am given a heads up prior and made to feel welcome when I arrive. I have been a patient at this office for over a decade now. Highly recommend!

    Dr. Klopp was amazing! I had several questions, and he kindly answered all of them. He explained my eye exam results in great detail. The staff is very friendly and kind, their service is outstanding. I love the manager’s personality; she is so easygoing and always makes me feel like an A+ patient.

    I had a great experience at Norman & Miller when I needed an eye exam. Checking-in took no time at all due to the Manager, Lydia, who had everything ready with an exuberant smile! I highly recommend coming here based on her professionalism and easy-going candor.

    Dr. Klopp is great! Very knowledgeable and thorough with his exams. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
