We used The Ostler Group for several years to manage our property. They were very responsive to client needs and would fix any issues promptly, with quality, and cost effectiveness. As the property owner it gave me piece of mind knowing there was oversight of the property and that the clients could rely that any concerns or issues were dealt with accordingly. To try and manage this on my own would have been a huge burden and I was so happy to find a management group I could trust. When it came to selling the property Tony Ostler walked me through the process, ensured my questions were answered, and made it a rather simple transaction. Tony Ostler is a great guy to work with as a realtor. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our home buying experience! He totally worked with me and my crazy work schedule to get us in to see every house we were interested in. Late in the evening, early in the morning, or the middle of the day he was there for us. His industry knowledge and insight was impressive. I would highly recommend contacting Tony if you are thinking of buying a home. I rented from the Ostler group for 2 years. Buster Ostler was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He always handled my needs in a quick and professional manner. When my lease expired my security deposit was returned within one day. I would highly recommend renting from this group. On the other side, I purchased a property and Tony Ostler handled my buying transaction. He was in constant contact with me and the transaction was very smooth with no surprises in the end. This is the way it should be. I would highly recommend Tony and Buster for any rental or home buying/selling needs. You won't find a better group to "take care of you" . I can't speak for the people that left a 1 star review but I can't even imagine The Ostler group giving anyone a run around. There may have been a bit more to their stories than they told. All I can say is after two years of working with The Ostler group I was very satisfied in every aspect of my dealings with them. My 5 star review is honest and they deserve it!

I've rented from The Ostler Group for more than 6 years . I'm currently renting my 2nd home with them. They've always been extremely professional and have handled all maintenance issues quickly. It's convenient and easy to be able to pay rent (for free) and make maintenance requests online. I locked myself out one day and Tony Ostler drove 40 minutes to let me in. No Charge! I would recommend them to anyone!
