I've been a tenant for years. Taylor is AWESOME! Very polite and cordial. She's always there to assist you when needed. My job has a variance of hours and differs weekly, so I'm not quite sure about the gate schedule and how it will work for me...but we'll see.

Good prices & secured storage. Taylor, the manager, had excellent customer service. We used them for about a year before relocating. We had no issues.

Very helpful staff. Rates are reasonable with good easy secure access.

Taylor was fantastic. I have tremors which cause me to Shake and she was very kind in helping me with the paperwork. I Recommend This branch highly. Thank you so Much Taylor.

The only reason for giving a 4 star ant not a 5 is due to their Bookkeeping. I had my payment automatically withdrawn and sent by check. They would send it out 3 day prior to the 1st. There is a 7 day grace period for payments. That's 10 days. I was always getting late fees added onto my account. No other account took that long to get a check. Either they do not check their mail on a regular basis or they put it to the side. I just felt like they were adding the late fees to make some extra money. Besides that, this would be a 5 star rating.
Suggest you do not pay by automatic bank withdrawal. I do understand they now have a payment option on their website. Do that instead.
