  I know it's alot of Tire Barns in Indiana but the one in Avon...let me say they're Awesome Friendly Caring People!! Wouldn't go anywhere else... Thanks guys ????????

  I just came in for a slow tire leak and I am leaving as a person who will be giving them repeat business.
  
  Walking in I expected to get a sales pitch about needing all new tires. The gentleman behind the counter asked what I thought was wrong and with the information I gave he said they should be able to patch it. He also looked genuinely sorry when he informed me there would be an hour and a half wait.
  
  While I waited an elderly woman came in and they actually talked her out of buying new tires!!!! They said hers were fine and she wouldn't need new ones until next year. They also gave her a quote, a reasonable one, so she could prepare for the expense. I was blown away!
  
  They had another customer who had ordered their tires on Amazon. Apparently Amazon doesn't put the name on the tire shipments so the gentleman behind the counter asked her to look up the tire size she had ordered so he could search for them in the warehouse. Once again, excellent customer service.
  
  Customer number 3, wants new tires that are the same size as the ones on the car. The gentleman behind the counter informs him that the last set that were put on the vehicle weren't the same size it came from the factory with. He said the original ones would be cheaper and the car would ride better. BOOM! They go 3 for 3.
  
  I keep saying Gentlemen because that's what they were. Every customer was important and my wait time only ended up being 40 minutes. My tire was patched, balanced, and mounted and I was on my way for $20.

  Installed my special order Tire although it took a long time because it was Saturday and they were really busy. They were really good about prorating the cost of having to get a new tire because something happened to my tire that was less than a year old. These tires normally do not carry any kind of warranty because it's a high performance type Tire but they were good about prorating because it wasn't that old.

  There are other Tire Barns closer to me, but I prefer the Avon location to all! They are so honest and explain things in a way I can understand. I truly appreciate that!
