  Terrible customer service. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. I bought a dryer for $160 and it worked for 30 minutes. I brought it back and it was repaired. I went to pick the dyer up and was treated like I was a huge inconvenience to the person behind the counter. I felt so disrespected I left the dyer there. I swallowed $160 to not have to deal with the lady behind the counter or manager Tammy ever again. Would not recommend.

  Best customer service. With used appliances something can go wrong at anytime. The washer we got fron them decided to stop spinning and agitating. Had Dave come out and he fixed the coupler but figured out it was actually the motor. He said the part wouldnt be here until Monday or Tuesday. After he left he realized a parts store very close by and was able to get the part and get it done. He went above and beyond. He could have just ordered the part like originally discussed. But he cared. Thanks Dave. This was an appliance still under warranty.

  Such a great company! I'm so impressed with the customer service that I may not shop anywhere else for my appliances going forward. Bought a stackable washer/dryer unit at a fair price. It was delivered by two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen, whom also hauled the old unit away at no charge. Upon hooking it up ourselves, we damaged a plastic piece of the hose connector and we were unable to hook it up. Called Big John's back, they wasted no time in coming back out, completely repaired the unit for us at NO CHARGE and hooked everything up properly. I'd give a 10 star review if I could. FANTASTIC BUSINESS ALL AROUND!

  Great staff. The guys who moved were awesome even though I was late. I am highly satisfied with my washer and dryer. 4 stars because no install

  After days of shopping for a used dryer and going from person to person who wanted to sell their dryer for almost more than half of what they bought it for; I found this place. I walked out of there with a used dryer for something that wouldn't break the bank. The prices were reasonable and the dryer works fine. Plus, a 90 day warranty!

  If you're looking for over priced, high pressure sales and frilly free coffee, don't come here. If you want a knowledgeable and friendly person to assist you in making the best choice for your needs, Big Joes has it. These are used items, but they have been cleaned extremely well. We will be buying from here soon.
