Gavin Vaughn was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, eager, and engaging. The whole process went smoothly. We knew what we wanted, he showed us the selection, a choice was made, and the paper work was completed w/o any complications. I would have liked for Gavin to have the flexibility to include running boards on the vehicle, just to make the transaction more appealing to us. However, I know margins are thin, but it would have been an appreciated perk to the whole deal.

Just bought a Certified Pre Owned F150 from here. The truck is in fantastic shape and runs like a brand new vehicle. Kyle Hensley is an awesome salesman! Super knowledgeable and honest.
