  Jess was awesome to work with. We probably came into look at 10 different campers over a eight month period. He was always patient and never pushy. He was always respectful and willing to help us look at anything we wanted. Definitely glad we chose Walnut Ridge.

  We are Mark Headlee and Angie Kaiser. We purchased a Keystone Passport from John Stout at the RV Show at the fairgrounds on 2/1/2020. John Stout was very easy to work with and not "pushy", making our purchasing experience a pleasant and fun time for us. Not only does John have a great personality, he is very knowledgeable and confident in explaining all of the details and statistics of the campers. The final paperwork was conducted at Walnut Ridge with Ryan, who also made that step an easy and relaxing one. The orientation of the camper was with Steven. He went over the camper in all details, back to front, and we gained a great deal of information from him, as well. When we left with our camper, we were very happy and pleased with the entire process of the purchase. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience with our first camper purchase !

  LOVE this place! Purchased our last 2 campers here over the last 10 years. Everyone from sales, service, parts, and campground are polite, helpful, friendly, and made us feel like family! John Stout in sales, Tiffany, Meghan, Ryan, the front desk team, and everyone else who's names I forgot are wonderful! We are definitely customers for life!

  My wife and I want to thank Jordan Marowelli and Ryan Holcomb for all of their hard work that enabled us to buy the travel trailer that we look forward to using for years to come. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to help us obtain our trailer. Our experience could not have been more pleasant. Jordan's knowledge and enthusiasm were exceptional. We will recommend both him and Walnut Ridge to anyone that expresses an interest in purchasing an RV. Thank you.

  My experience with Walnut Ridge has been nothing but the best. From the time we purchased our travel trailer to our follow ups to make sure everything was working properly through out our first year. And we even got to experience the repair shop because of an oops we had midway thru the first camping season. We were devastated. Quentin was right there the entire time making sure we were in the loop of what was happening at that time. The day of pick up it looked as good as the first day we drove it home. Our thanks to Walnut Ridge Family. You are the BEST!
