They listened and were very thorough answering all my questions to which I left with great confidence in their abilities. As the front office goes, one of the receptionists was straight forward and mater-of-fact, the other was more friendly which is fine, but I couldn't rate the one very high in people contact skills, she reminded me of a disgruntled nun.
