We were in there probably an hour and we didn't feel like the associates were hovering or pushy. Ended up getting a pair of shoes an associate recommended for a great price. My husband said it didn't feel like he had shoes on! Place was clean and well organized. I would shop there again.”

“A big thank you to Aaron. Saturday I went to town for supplies. Shopped for humans first then realized getting late in day and called Petco regarding closing time. Thank you for answering the phone after hours. We had placed the order online and I was told come on over and call when you get here. “It's been a couple of years now but feel it's still important to share this. My beloved Springer Spaniel (Camry) unexpectedly passed away. I had her cremated there and within a couple of days was notified that she was ready to be picked up. Her remains were in a nice oak box with a name plate with her name & dob & did engraved on it, there also was a bookmark with her name, a poem & small swatch of her hair. As you would expect I was upset when I took her there, i was treated compassionately and professionally. I couldn't have ask for more during this difficult time. What prompted me to write this now is a dear friend of mine is facing the same thing & I strongly recommend Shirley Stout to them.
