  I was visiting family from out of state when my car unexpectedly needed repair. Burnett's was able to get me in on the same day I called (on a Saturday morning). Luckily it was something they could fix that day and send me on my way back home! The entire experience from this husband and wife owned business was hands down the most positive experience I've ever had with an automobile shop. The wife was knowledgeable and friendly, the waiting area was welcoming and comfortable, and the husband showed me the defective part on my car before he made the repair. Although my repair was not inexpensive, I feel certain it was a fair price as I was able to hear the cost of other common repairs (oil change, battery replacement, etc.) during my time waiting on my repair. I highly recommend this business to any local people and may very well bring my vehicle back any time I'm back in town! Thank you!

  They pin pointed the problem on my vehicle on the spot. Took my vehicle to several different shops they played the guessing game and quoted me very high prices. I wish I would have ran into this place sooner. Once I entered this location I was asked how they could help me I told them the issue took vehicle for actual spin and looked at it and saw the problem. My vehicle is fixed and safe for my long trip back to Texas. Thank you so much.

  100% 5 stars, this shop has done everything for me from oil changes to entire motor swaps, and have done it in a very reasonable timeframe and done high quality work no matter the job. The staff is very down to earth and gives you the personalized feel that local shops give. Would recommend to everyone!

  I have only experience timely, efficient, and honest work since new management has taken over at this location. The new management staff is always in constant communication with me in regards to my vehicle whether I choose to sit and wait or drop off.
