Where do I start? As a landlord for almost 10 years, I've had my share of plumbing issues, and Mike is hands down the BEST plumber I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Mike fixed my clogged tub after methodically trouble shooting the issue (and without breaking floor tiles or drywall as previously recommended by another plumber). I had a water pipe burst over the Christmas holidays this year when the temp was -11 degrees. I called several other plumbers with no response. When I called Hanson Plumbing, Mike answered my call, even though it was the holiday weekend. He arrived within the hour, fixing the immediate issue so I could have running water. He was professional and knowledgeable, but most of all, he was kind. He took time to explain the issue to me. I will absolutely call Mike in the future. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain in our house a week after moving in, after trying to snake the drain myself we decided to call Hanson Plumbing. Mike was very responsive and got us scheduled the very next day and when Nick arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 1.5 hours. Pricing is very competitive and their professionalism and responsiveness was top notch! I will definitely be using them again if I need a plumber and will recommend them to anyone else who needs one.
