  Fast and friendly service. Couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend to anyone. Totally worth the money. Don't waste your time with other companies, heat treatment is the only way to go and Indiana Bed Bug Assassins is the best service to provide it. I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they provide.

  After talking with several companies, we chose Indiana Bed Bug Assassins. Although their initial inspection found no evidence of a problem, we continued to see bugs and decided to treat when a bug was found in a bed. After a bed bug sniffing dog verified that there were bugs in all 3 rooms, both beds, 2 closets, 2 chairs and the couch, we called IBBA and they were available sooner than other companies. This company has glycol heaters, not propane, heat sensors on the fans that attach to the heaters, and very helpful and friendly employees. Kim, the office manager, is a delight and our tech, Greg, spent the entire day sitting in the cold entryway at my Mom's retirement facility making sure none of the residents tripped on the cable which carries the glycol. Their price was competitive, their service was professional and we can definitely recommend IBBA.

  They came into our home very quickly after being called. The man that showed up was extremely professional and very understanding of such a difficult situation. He showed up in a normal looking vehicle so that nosey neighbors weren’t aware of what was going on. The day of treatment went really well. They did exactly what they said that they would and have followed up with us after as well. We have had ZERO issues since treatment! We have our house back!! I would completely recommend them to anyone having issues or even if you think you might have issues!! Thank you for being so great!!!

  Called and had them evaluate same day. They treat same week, discreetly, quickly and wonderful to work with. Team evaluated entire home and followed up.
