Madison Family Medicine: Franklin, Kimberly M., MD

I have just started visiting this doctor and everyone is extremely friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable.

My only complaint which isn't a big issue, but I have difficulty getting someone on the phone. However, if a voicemail is left, they are very good at returning calls but sometimes it feels like voicemail tag.

Overall it is a fantastic place to go to!

My boys and I have been going to Dr. Franklin for over 10 years and she has always been wonderful. My only complaint is it can be hard to get into see her and though I love Dr. Stiner as well, I have a connection with Dr. Franklin and hate that it can take weeks to get into see her. As I get older and need more care, I find myself trying to find someone less busy, but my boys will keep going to her as they only need yearly checkups.

Best doctor you could ever see ! She never turns her back on a patient, has a fast and healing process. She would give you the best prescription to get you the best of care. All kids love her she will give them candy after every visit . BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD !!!!! ??????
