(December 12, 2018, 8:19 am)Went to Dreyer & Reinbold VW in Greenwood to see the last 2018 Tiguan they had in stock. Very nice car at the lowest price I could find in town. Made an appointment for the next day, went in and met Chris, salesman, and within a few hours we were out the door in a new car from off the showroom floor. There was no back and forth just told him what we needed for our trade and where we wanted our payment.
Chris got us what we wanted without all the usual drama.
Everyone we met were friendly and seemed to want our business. I really recommend D&R for a great car buying experience.
If the service department lives up to the sales standard we have found our lifetime dealership.???? -

He patiently took me out to the car and showed me things I did not understand and did not lose his patience despite the fact that I am old and not too with it concerning computers and such. I was making some bad mistakes, like never turning my headlights off, and he was very nice about it. I don't know how he keeps his good mood, really, but he does. It was just a very nice experience and I look forward to coming again. Thank you so much.
