A technician was dispatched right away and arrived less than 45 minutes later. Very professional and thorough. Thanks to A Perfect Climate and their prompt service in this artic weather, our heat has been restored. Much appreciated.

(January 27, 2019, 3:45 am)About 1am I found that I had no heat. I waited until 8am to call for help. They informed me that I would be second in line. They called then showed up. He was very helpful, got me up and going without much trouble. Great guy and great company.

(January 25, 2019, 11:02 pm)Can’t thank Sean enough! Came home to a pretty chilly house and gave A Perfect Climate a call. Sean was able to walk me through a couple troubleshooting techniques and I was able to get my furnace started until he was able to get to come over and replace my ignitor. He came over to my house at 10pm, was done in under 20 minutes, and didn’t charge me any extra for the late night service. Highly recommend!

(January 23, 2019, 10:24 am)After setting the appointment, they were prompt and didn't keep me waiting. They fixed my furnace issue quickly (1 loose wire) and didn't charge me extra for the repair. No gimmicks and VERY honest. Very professional. I will use them again if needed.

He and his staff worked around the clock to ensure my household was not without heat during this horrible cold. HIGHLY recommended!!!!
