Every unit is easily accessible on well maintained blacktop . Built so there is no concerns for rain water flowing into units from roadways . Have furniture , clothes , books , etc. and not the first problem of any critters whatsoever . Has always been dry in unit , which has been comforting to my wife and mom . Dumpsters available for trash which have been handy also . Very satisfied and thankful we have our unit there .
