I came from a mega church and was skeptical at first, but after being here a few times, I knew it was for me. Now I can't get enough of it. #luvwhole

(August 25, 2018, 8:17 am)I can't really rate this church , i will say that i enjoyed myself the one time that i did visit . I was visiting my son , granddaughters , and daughter in law . I pray to God every day , that one day they will love me as much as i love them . I think of them all the time , i don't know when i've cried more , now or when i didn't know who and where he was . I don't go to church much anymore . I think about going again , i just wonder if God hears my prayers , i know He doesn't hold it against me , because God knows the circumstances , He knows that i didn't have a choice , i was a minor . If there is anyone out there who cares about how a complete stranger feels , please pray for me as my heart is heavy with pain . I have a pretty good head on my shoulders , i don't even think about doing anything selfish , that's what it would be , selfish , when people take their lives . They don't stop to think about the price that God and His Son paid for us . God , bless all who believe in Him . It's easy to tell anyone that you love them , but treating them like you mean it makes all the difference . They don't write me anything anymore , no calls , no texts , nothing . I am still angry after all these years , that he was taken away from me . I would have loved to hug him and smother him with kisses when he would fall or get hurt , i would have loved all the things that i missed , like first steps , first words , school , wedding . Alcohol has a cruel effect on people , i thank God i never had to rely on it , his grandmother did though . Son , if by some chance you read this , i meant it when i said i love you , i have , all of your life , and will continue to do so until i am in my grave . Please give me a chance . If this is the church , does it still have all the signatures on the walls at the back of the service hall , where the doors are located ? M. P. , your mother loves you .

Before coming to Mount Pleasant, Chris served as the Senior Pastor of Northside Christian Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Kingsbridge Christian Church (now Providence Christian Church) in Sugar Land, Texas.
