(September 6, 2018, 11:42 am)The maintaince manager, Malachi, is exceptional. He makes sure things are fixed correctly because ‘It is the right thing to do’. He has gone out of his way to fix problems quickly. I believe I can speak for many of the residents when I say that Malachi does an outstanding job!

(July 8, 2018, 11:59 am)We’ve lived here since October 2017. Never had any problems, but it is worth noting the car jacking and shooting that took place outside our apartment within the same month. It wasn’t really fun to be woken up by police demanding the people across the way exit their apartment. But, you can’t really hold management responsible for the poor choices made by residents. Maintenance fixed our toilet within a day of our request, the ground are well maintained, and the price is worth the convenience of all major shopping places nearby.

(October 31, 2017, 7:46 am)Me and my family have been here a little over a year now. Nothing but great things to say. The apartments are nice. The layouts are nice. My neighbors are really good.
Beth has a really great handle on managing things here - she helped us get us started in our apartment and has helped us with service issues ever since. The staff is friendly they always greet us in the morning and they are always prompt with resolving our service issues.
It really has been a great experience for me and my family here at Bayshore. Only con is parking...understandable if the apartment is at full capacity with tenants. If there's construction main Street is usually backed up. Besides that all the amenities are nearby. Thank you Bayshore!
