...everyone is ALWAYS kind when I come here- I have yet to have any negative experience- the two times I brought my autistic son, they have blessed us with a patience level far above what any parent could want- need I mention while he’s having a meltdown- I’ve come by myself before, and couldn’t ask for nicer care- just a beautiful place with amazing staff! thank you dearly-
My six year old daughter and I both made appointments to be evaluated for COVID. When I initially called to make the appointment, Stephanie was an absolute sweetheart. She was friendly yet still very efficient. Upon arrival, she remembered us and made extra effort to make sure my daughter was comfortable and happy. The medical assistant who checked us in (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) went above and beyond while caring for us. She was so sweet and make sure my daughter was comfortable before performing both strep and COVID tests. Dr. Pittman was wonderful, truly wonderful. He took the time to listen and address each symptom we had. He “dumbed it down” for us who aren in the medical field so I fully understood his opinion and the steps he suggested we take. I was also thankful for him paying extra close attention to my daughter. He, along with everyone we came in contact with, made her feel safe and well cared for. We were in and out in 45 minutes with three tests done on two different people. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with our experience. Who else can say they left from COVID testing with smiles on their faces?
Staff professional & friendly. Appreciated being able to reserve time. Seen promptly. Liked Dr. Pittman.
The nurse was very compassionate and patient with a small procedure she had to complete. The doctor was so detailed and even drew a diagram for me to understand. I don’t expect those things from an immediate care type location.
