“I have been reading the reviews on this website for Southside Foot Clinic/Michael Carroll, DPM and I can't believe what I've been reading. I have been with Dr. Carroll for 3-4 months and in that time, I have had several appointments, a couple of small procedures, x-rays, etc. and a surgery and not once have I experienced anything but the upmost respect and care - and that includes everyone, Dr. Carroll, all the staff and the billing. I first went there because a friend of mine had been going to him for years and had great success. By the time I went to see him, I had a lot of problems with my feet and he has taken care of all the issues (and may I say wonderfully). I would and have already recommended him highly. I think Dr. Michael Carroll, all the staff and the billing department are a cut above the rest!!! BTW, I had the identical surgery on my other foot 13 years ago by a different doctor and the difference is amazing on the x-rays!!! Dr. Carroll has been a blessing. - Rita Q.”

“Overall I had a very good experience with Dr. Jaggers. I tore my patella tendon which is basically a 1 year long process. He did a nice job explaining things, has a great bedside manner and makes you feel like a valued patient. Almost a year later and i'm basically back to normal .he also worked with the PT closely which was very important, as the PT side is a tough process just because of it's nature. - 1/2 a star because of a questionable referral to dr. snead who I didn' t have a good experience with and for his PA's who were cold and unpleasant at times.”

“Can't say enough good things about Dr. Dale Snead and his staff. He did surgery on my left shoulder in 2011 and the right one in 2018. His entire staff, from Thomas (P.A.) to the receptionists were great to work with. They made sure the appointments were convenient for me, they were always prompt and very friendly and helpful. Dr. Snead was great to work with. Also, the Physical Therapy is convenient for all the follow-up work. Robert was great to work with, as was everyone in that building. The receptionists were also great. The whole experience was very professional yet personalized and friendly. I highly recommend Methodist Sports Medicine and personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
