He has done several things for us over the past several years -- sump pump, water heater, etc. We HIGHLY recommend him for anyone in the Greenwood / Franklin / Whiteland area. Scott does the extra things that really matter when it comes to customer service. This morning he replaced our sump pump for us, and while he was there he noticed that the timer on our water softener was incorrect. He went ahead and fixed it (no charge) so that it would run at 2am instead of 2pm. This is just one small example of Scott going the extra mile to delight his customers -- he does this kind of thing for us all the time. His rates are also very reasonable -- terrific value.”
