I was able to get my bare land insured through Keith when other insurance companies would not give me coverage. Great customer service.

I started looking for a less expensive opti pool n for my insurance several months ago. Met Dawn and she is the most awesome person to work with. She found me great rates to fit my budget. A few months later she walked me through the process of setting up a life insurance policy as well. She is always helpful and answers all my questions. She is always checking to see if we can bundle or find bigger discounts to save me even more. I highly recommend you give them a call. Thanks Dawn for all you do for me and my family. Not only do I work at American Family, my home life and autos are insured there also. I have had to use my insurance due to hitting a deer... The claims process was quick and easy, the value and price are pretty awesome also. I have worked for Keith Harris for over 5 years. The helpfulness and caring from Keith to all of his insureds is over the top. I cannot imagine trusting the dreams of myself and my family with any other company.

Well for starters, American Family Insurance is one of the very few companies that insure "dangerous dog" breeds which is what I was on the hunt for as I own two pitbull mixed breeds.

But on to what this review is really about and that's with the Keith Harris Agency specifically. I can't say enough good things about them. The office staff were very friendly and just overall pleasant to be around. Keith was who I dealt with directly from start to finish. I was switching my home and auto policies to them. He actually took the time to explain things and not make me feel like an idiot for asking any questions regarding the policies, which in today's world is hard to come by. I originally reached out via email for quotes. He responded within an hour for the details he needed to properly quote me and then within an hour after that, I had quotes. Amazing!! He was fast, efficient, and just overall great to work with. I would recommend anyone on the hunt for a new or different insurance company to give Keith Harris a call. You won't be disappointed!!
