As a college student, I wish it was open til at least 8 everyday BUT I just recently started going here to study for classes & I love the brand new feel of this library as well as the quiet (I found it gets a little louder when kids get off of school, but not much). With my babies having to switch schools so suddenly I am so grateful for certain staff who took time to make this transition easy for myself and my children we were welcomed with open arms and I love that I can talk to anyone at the school anytime without a problem because I like to be involved. So far so good my babies have to get use to being around so many different personalities but I love the principal she’s really awesome and strong without having to show any aggression that speaks volumes to me. I can see she’s all for the kids and that’s what I’m all about too, the city of Gary is so misunderstood I’ve met so many good people who care and I’ve met a hand full that don’t but me being the involved parent I am my children won’t be sold short of their education and I truly believe GlenPark Academy was a good choice”
