    I just started a new class with Beth. Ages in the class vary from teenagers to 60+. Beth is making sure everyone is comfortable with the various poses and gives positive reinforcements. She is a great teacher and I look forward to the class!

    Beth provides a well thought out class with impeccable cuing. She’s challenging, but never overwhelming, supportive and non-judging.

    Beth is an amazing yoga teacher! I absolutely love attending her classes. She does a fantastic job sequencing her classes and modifying the poses to meet the needs of all of her students. She is welcoming to everyone and really makes an effort to make each student feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what level they are able to participate in class. I love how she mixes in traditional yoga poses with unique poses to challenge your body. I highly recommend attending her classes!
