Im a yoga beginner and Nina has helped me so much in gaining confidence and ability- I've had a longtime hip issue and Im amazed to be nearing pain free!! Im also getting in control of my anxiety. Vanessa is a wonderful and helpful instructor as well. I credit my reiki session for the start of huge positive changes in my life. The facility is clean and beautiful, as well as the outdoor spaces feel like a relaxation retreat in itself. What a gem to have in Crown Point!

(April 29, 2022, 6:36 pm)I’m so grateful to have found this place. I’ve been to many yoga studios in the past and this is unlike anything I’ve tried. This is TRUE yoga and meditation. I’ve tried both the yoga and meditation classes here and they’re by far the best I’ve ever experienced. No matter your skill level, you will be accommodated. I was a bit nervous to try the meditation class because I have little experience with it, but Nina made me feel so comfortable. She is such an authentic and genuine person and has so much knowledge to share. I’m so thankful to have met her. I’ve also been bringing my daughter here for children’s yoga and she loves it. Prices are very reasonable and the facility is beautiful and clean.
