(June 17, 2017, 12:42 pm)Such a great staff all around. Carry quality products. Got my detailed quote correct 1st try. Others have added fluff and would not share itemized. Banter is completely up front with cost and recommendations, pros and cons based on individual lifestyle.
In NWI I have a lot of places to shop for the same goods however Banter always ends up my final choice. -

My sales associate, Dana, at Banter Flooring was such a delight to work with. Dana was very knowledgeable about the different types of tile (as well as other flooring coverings), she was very helpful in knowing what is current and she even had cabinet and counter top samples to help aid in my decision. Dana was kind, patient with us, and helped us every step along the way.
Banter flooring has flooring for every budget – however I must say they have the lowest prices around. They can’t be beat. The selection of flooring is HUGE. And the turn-around time was fantastic. I ordered my tile on Tuesday and picked it up Thursday.
I have a few more flooring projects coming up this year – and will, without a doubt, go directly to Banter flooring and skip the shopping around. Wonderful service, wonderful selection and wonderful experience all around.
