The technician arrived on time and was very nice and respectful. I walked him through the issue and the troubleshooting steps I had already completed. “To expand on my five star rating... We've boarded our Hound/Shepherd mix Sammie with Landheim a few times now over the span of three years. Most recently at the beginning of October we took a week vacation somewhere we unfortunately couldn't bring Sammie along to. We were able to enjoy the vacation without worrying about her because we knew she was in good hands. Every time I drop her off she just about drags the front desk attendant to the back because she loves being there. I'm just glad she shows me the same excitement when I return to pick her up, haha.”
