    Very good customer service! They moved my wife’s contacts over from her very old phone to the new phone manually when they could not do it electronically. There were only 20 contacts, but I do not think another store would have gone out of their way to do that manually for you. Hungry? Jimmy John’s is located next door.

    Dear T-Mobile I will stay a customer with your company as long as you have employees and customer service like there is in your Hobart Indiana store. Top notch for caring helpful knowledgeable staff that truly care about customer satisfaction and want to solve problems and make you feel welcome. Corporate should take notice of this store and give credit due where earned. I won't go anywhere else for my T-Mobile phones service or questions. Special thanks to Ahmad.

    Just read reviews and decided to go and find out for myself how true these reviews were. Frankly speaking the customer service was better than any other T-Mobile store I had been to.
    Mr Ahmad Yousef the store manager was very informative and attended to my needs. I would recommend and refer people to this establishment. I indeed left this store very satisfied.
