They kept exactly to their quote but what pleased me and SHOCKED me even more is that there were two parts that my male friend thought I would need and Discount Transmission wouldn't know until they actually took a look (but that would be over the quote in parts and labor). Well ends up I didn't need either of these parts--now I do believe most places would have taken advantage of me as a woman (I mean in truth, I wouldn't have known) I was told by a trusted friend that he thought I needed them after all--nope!1 I did not and the fact that I know they were honest with me and didn't take advantage of me.
