Needed a puncture on one of my tires repaired. Even with Vivid, was able to drop off tire and had it repaired and returned later the same day. No charge. Although I don't drive as much since retirement they will always be my "go to" shop. I've never had them try and upsell me with multiple unnecessary repairs or services either like I've experienced at other shops.

Always great customer service, especially at this particular location. I've been bringing all of my vehicles as well as fleet vehicles from work to these guys for about 12 years and never had a reason to go elsewhere. Always professional and quick. Great team.

Had to wait a few minutes in the requisite social distance line, but they honored the warranty to fix flats, checked the other tires and were done well ahead of their estimated time. They kept me informed via text and a voice mail. Impressed with the tires and the service. Will use them on next tire purchase

Needed to replace a new Michelin Latitude Tour on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that couldn't be repaired. They had it in the store the next day and had it installed within a half hour. Best deal in town.
