  What a great staff! I called ahead of time to see if there was a wait, because we know how it can be on the weekends, and I was informed that there was not. I drove from the IL side and it was worth it. Trust the reviews! Staff was kind and bright eyed & bushy-tailed at almost 3am. Got me in and out without a hiccup and made sure I was extra comfy. HUGE KUDOS!! Thank you!!
  
  Also, just to make sure it's mentioned, clean and bright facility. Kids will feel safe here and not startled.

  My first time here. The staff was wonderful. Tests were performed in a very timely manner. Dr Scott was great. He explained my condition very thoroughly and answered all my questions. I actually felt like a patient and not just a number. Would definitely use them again for emergency purposes.

  My 2 year old needed medical attention later in the evening, so I came to this facility, based on a recommendation from a friend. When we arrived the receptionist offered to come to me in the waiting room, so I didn’t have to carry my sick 2 year old to the desk. She was was so kind and accommodating. The nurse who attended to us offered to carry my bag to the room so I could focus on my son. He was also extremely kind and attentive. He gave my son 2 stuffed animals while we were waiting and made sure we were comfortable. The doctor we saw was just as kind and attentive as everyone else. He made us feel at ease and even told us it was a pleasure to meet us, when we left! I have never in my life heard that from a doctor, let alone an emergency room doctor. They mentioned there had been a rush right before we got there, but even with there being a rush, I was only there for about an hour total. This is an emergency room, not an urgent care facility, so we won’t be going here, unless it’s after hours; however, I highly recommended this facility and I am so thankful and grateful for the wonderful care they gave to my son.

  Everything was great from the moment we walked in. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. We were taken back to a room quickly and the nurse and tech were very kind and comforting to my 6 year old son who fell and broke his arm. Dr Eugene has top notch bedside manner. We are traveling from Kansas and never expected this to be part of our vacation, but the care we received here made it just a bump in the road. Thank you!

  I am never a fan of having to go see a doctor but this location and staff is second to none!!!
  I would drive a hour out of my way to get to this location if time was not a factor. From the ladies at the front desk to anyone you interact with you feel at ease.
  Every single person that came into my room was so positive and helpful!!
  It truly is a blessing to have a location like this in our area!!
  Truly a step above any other place around!!
