Our flooring installers Sam Smith and Louis did a great job. They were courteous and explained the tear down procedure step by step. The second day of the install went smooth. They explained and answered all the concerns we had. I will definitely recommend and ask for them personally in the future. Dana in sales was very professional and courteous. This is the third job that has been performed at my residence and I will highly recommend Creative Carpeting and flooring to my family and friend as I have in the past.

In searching for new floors, we knew we wanted someone who would work with us to take the time and get it right. After great conversations with Autumn and 3 rounds of samples, we finally decided to move forward with Creative Carpet & Flooring.
They kept us informed the entire way, set clear expectations on what was going to happen, and then delivered on it. The installation went great and the guys that did it were very nice, answered any question thrown at them, and knocked it out quick.
We are very happy with our new main level flooring and will love it even more once we get everything moved back it!

I wanted hardwood flooring in my living room, kitchen and hallway so I reach out to Creative Carpet and Flooring. Autumn came to my house to take the measurements she allowed me to take some samples home and she is very nice. Autumn explained the process from the beginning to the end.
