I've been servicing my Grand Cherokee here since I purchased it. I've been happy with the no hassle parts and service department. They let me order the tires I wanted, because I knew what I wanted and they fit the vehicle well. They also quickly processed a warranty claim on the start/stop batteries even though I do a lot of stopping, waiting for trains, etc. I was also happy with the vehicle recommendations the sales staff gave when I was making the initial purchase.

I had a great experience on my first time purchase. Jacob was an excellent help and all the employees were very helpful and nice. I shopped other Dodge dealers and none were interested in earning my business and creating a relationship. Everyone is smiling and polite. Never ever felt pushed from the sales to the financing. This was the easiest experience I had buying a vehicle. Faye was great. She didn't try to oversell nor was she pushy. It was raining when i did my test drive and i was in a hurry. The car fit .y bells and whistles so i out a down payment and said i would have to come back after the weekend. The next week I came early and Ashley helped the final phase. Because it was raining and I didn't get a chance to actually go over the car well she let me take it for another test drive and i was able to look it over again. I even tedted a few other cars. Even though I purchased a used car they did everything to make me feel at ease, they cleaned it, topped off fluids all with no with no hassle. I got new tires put on so it took another day before I actually got the car and the price was nore than fair, better than Walmart and Costco. When I picked it up the following day Faye made sure I was satisfied before I pulled off. I wish all dealerships were like this.

I've purchased a few vehicles from Thomas in the past. My daughter was looking for her first vehicle and had a limited budget. We finally came across a dodge journey and stopped in to see Jake about it. As always Thomas has not disappointed. I am a person that understands buying used vehicles is never a guarantee but this vehicle was a hidden gem. We are satisfied with the purchase and customer service.
