The previous owners of our home had multiple dogs and did not vacuum much, if at all - the carpets smelled terrible and felt grimy. The team came out one day and did a clean and sanitize, which helped but didn't totally remove the odor from our front room because of how dirty it was. They came back a week later free of charge to do our main living and hallway again! Reliable and fast service. We will definitely use for any future cleaning needs.
