Mr. Spencer arrives on time, is polite and helpful, and most of all he is very good at his job of cleaning the carpeting. I give him the highest marks. And he is consistently at this level.
Jerry was professional and was considerate while we were working. Our carpet looked brand new when he was through. It's the cleanest I've seen the carpet, all spots were gone. I would recommend Jerry.

The service done by Jerry was great. The carpet and the tile floors including the grout looks like new. We were able to walk on the carpet and tile floors by the time Jerry left.."Happy" I might add that the carpet was not only clean but the nap of the carpet was all brushed up as it was when we bought it 10 years ago.
Tom was prompt, organized, efficient and courteous. He was careful while doing the job and made sure to put things back to their original place. Pictures were taken and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off as some of these duct cleaning places can do. Thanks for the good job.
He treated my home like his, carefully cleaning each vent and leaving the area clean. He also found insulation that had fallen in the duct, blocking air flow. So he fixed that with some glue and reattached it, improving the air flow. I am so satisfied with Brouwer Brothers Steamatic and would ask them to return in the future.
