It was very cold out, and the installers did a great job getting the door installed as quickly as possible. They were very polite, friendly and answered any questions we had. The only thing I wasn't happy with was them setting some of there material on our hall bench, without covering the top of the bench first. Other than that, we were very happy with the door & the installation. The door looks absolutely beautiful.
